Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day to day functioning of the finance functions
• Managing the Account Payables for the company. Track and maintain the vendor invoices and related reports and keep track of the timely payment reminders.
• Maintaining the various data sets and reports in excel on a monthly or weekly basis as required
• Support requirements of the Operations team in day-to-day functioning.
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
• Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results.
• Reconciliation of ledger as required
• Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues
• Assist in closing the Books of Accounts monthly.
• Assist in financial /due diligence/audit by third parties
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments management may request from time to time.

Requirements:

• CA inter / CMA inter / CMA.
• Must have a working knowledge of Zoho Books, Tally and Google Sheets
• Should have basic knowledge of TDS and GST
• Must possess essential accounting skills.
• Strong Excel and reconciliation skills.
• Good communication Skills & Administrative Writing Skills
• Needs to have a drive to excel in any task given; ability to work independently
• Should have a positive attitude, be a good team player, be willing to learn and be flexible to adapt to varied roles.
• Willing to take on new responsibilities, and should have a learning attitude
