We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across both technical and non-technical roles. This role demands strong stakeholder management, strategic sourcing skills, and the ability to manage a full-cycle recruitment process.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer management, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and define hiring strategies.
• Source candidates through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and industry networks.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, manage feedback loops, and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Manage ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
• Collaborate with the HR team to drive employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience.
• Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to support business goals.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
