Overview

We are looking for a Content marketing associate who can ideate, conduct research and generate high-quality content to drive inbound leads and engagement. This role will require you to publish & market high-quality research, social media posts and stay in touch with trending topics in the startup, tech and VC spaces.

As a member of the Growth team, you will get high visibility into the business and play an active part in meeting our GTM goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upgrading all outgoing communication from Synaptic - be it research articles, ad copies, marketing emails, product information or anything else
• Generating ideas for new research that can add value to current and potential customers
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Data Science and Analyst teams
• Conducting open-ended research on various topics related to startups and venture capital -e.g market trends, investment theses, funding trends, market subsegment analyses, identifying interesting startups in a market sub-segment etc.
• Working with data and supplementing open-ended research with data-driven analysis
• Generating high-quality articles, reports, social media posts that clearly communicate findings, recommendations and insights

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, comms, consulting, market research, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to write insightful & interesting content
• Voracious reader, ability to stay on top of market trends, news and happenings
• Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze data, synthesize information, and draw insights
• High agency and ownership, ability to work independently
